Proprietor-led support, no ticket queue

01 / Transactional proof

OTPs delivered before attention moves on.

A verification code that lands late is a customer who abandons the checkout, the login or the loan application. TELE-MOB treats authentication traffic as its own priority stream, so the codes, account notices and order confirmations that carry real consequence keep moving while the customer is still on the screen.

  • Priority routing for time-critical codes
  • DLT-registered sender IDs and templates
  • Delivery status for every submitted message
  • Human help on email the same working day

02 / Built for operations

One clean route from your system to their screen.

Your application already knows when a payment clears or an order ships. Hand that event to TELE-MOB and it becomes a message on the customer's phone — submitted, routed and accounted for, so your team works from delivery outcomes instead of guesswork.

03 / How we start

Three steps from first call to live traffic.

01

Connect

Tell us the use case, monthly volume and the moment each message is triggered. We map it before anything is set up.

02

Configure

We align sender ID, DLT template wording and delivery expectations so approvals are in place before the first send.

03

Dispatch

Traffic goes live, outcomes come back, and we stay reachable as volume and use cases grow.

Common questions

Straight answers.

What counts as transactional SMS?

Messages triggered by a customer action or account event — one-time passwords, payment and delivery alerts, booking and order confirmations. Promotional offers are a separate category with separate consent rules.

Do I need DLT registration?

Yes. Indian regulation requires the sender entity, sender ID and message templates to be registered on DLT. We help you organise the details and shape template wording that fits your flow.

What volume do you work with?

From a few thousand messages a month to steady high-volume traffic. Share your expected send pattern and we will talk through what fits.

How do I get pricing?

Write to telemob97@gmail.com or use the enquiry form with your use case and monthly volume. Pricing depends on message type and quantity.
